Event Description:
Gyehyun Jung, organist at Swedesburg Evangelical Lutheran Church in Swedesburg, will give a voice recital at Swedesburg Lutheran on Sunday, May 6, at 4:00. Gyehyun Jung is currently pursuing a Doctor of Musical Arts in voice performance at the University of Iowa, where she studies with Stephen Swanson. Jung earned a Master of Music in voice at Indiana University. This summer, Jung will be an apprentice artist with Miami Music Festival where she will be performing the role of Zerbinetta in Strauss’s Ariadne auf Naxos. A freewill donation will be received for Jung’s summer expenses.
